Payment Details
Down payments (DP) and site enrollment charge:
Down payments and subsequent install are payable through CTS Cheque/DD favoring “Bangalore IT Employ-
ees & Others Housing Welfare Trust (R)”. One time charges of ₹ 2700 has to paid towards the site enrollment
charges along with duly filled application for purchase of site.
Easy Installments
Down Payment to be paid at the time of enrollment, remaining 3 installments shall be paid in interval of 6 - 8 months from the date of joining.
